CHRIS SEAVER
Creator/Writer/Director
Chris has been making movies since he was 7 years old. Using a VHS video camera his family got him for Christmas in 1984, Chris fell in love with the format and with all of the SOV pioneers of the 80's and early 90s. He created Low Budget Pictures in 1991 and kept the company going until Feb. 2011 when he decided to call it quits. He has been yearning to return back to the days of VHS mayhem and decided to create Warlock out of his longing for happier days. There is something so true, raw and rough about the 80's SOV scene and he feels it was
time more people appreciated the joy of it all. Chris shot all of his films on VHS right up until 2000 where the digital days took over and are still taking over. With Warlock, Chris hopes to bring back the cheesy magic of 80's vhs horror and once again have fun making flicks on his terms. Luckily for him, most of the LBP crew have come along for this new adventure.
